Small pipe organ for a house (organ for study)

I am looking for a small reasonably priced (something not too expensive e.g.) pipe organ which can be kept and used in a house. (It's not electric one.)
For example... only Bourdon 8ft , Two keyboards and  Pedal keyboard... as simple & small as possible!
